Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. Here's what information is collected, how it's used, and how it's protected.

1. Who this applies to

This policy covers personal information collected through compound.victortrieu.com and the Compound membership. Compound is operated by Victor Trieu Pty Ltd (ACN 690 253 939, ABN 67 379 338 273), based in NSW, Australia. Contact: victor@victortrieu.com.

2. Information collected

• When you join Compound: your name and email, collected by Whop at checkout.
• Payment information: processed securely by Whop and its payment partners. Compound does not see or store your card details.
• When you contact Compound: any information you include in your email.
• Website analytics: basic anonymised visitor data through the website host (Netlify), which may include IP address, browser, and referring page. This is used to understand traffic patterns, not to identify individuals.

3. How information is used

• To deliver Compound access, including granting you access to the private Claude Project.
• To send you onboarding emails, updates about the system, and occasional product communications.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To respond to questions or support requests you send.

4. Third parties

Your information is shared only with the third-party services Compound runs on, and only as needed to deliver the membership:

• Whop — payment processing, subscription management, and member access.
• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) — email communication with members.
• Anthropic / Claude — when you use the Compound Claude Project, your inputs are processed by Claude under Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Netlify — website hosting.

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data storage and security

Your information is stored securely by the service providers listed above. Compound retains your information only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal obligations. You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by emailing victor@victortrieu.com.

6. Cookies

The Compound website uses minimal cookies, mostly for the website host (Netlify) and the Whop checkout. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

7. Your rights

You can:

• Request access to the personal information held about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your information.
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time through the unsubscribe link in each email.
• Cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated over time. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email. The "last updated" date below indicates when the most recent change was made.
