Compound

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Compound when you join as a member.

1. What Compound is

Compound is a LinkedIn content system delivered as a private Claude Project, framework files, and ongoing updates. You access Compound through a membership subscription processed by Whop. Compound is operated by Victor Trieu Pty Ltd (ACN 690 253 939, ABN 67 379 338 273), based in NSW, Australia. Contact: victor@victortrieu.com.

2. Subscription and billing

3. Cancellation

4. Refund commitment

If your first system-built post doesn't ship in 30 days, your next month is on me. No questions asked.

This means: if you join, follow the system, and your first post doesn't ship within the first 30 days of membership, email victor@victortrieu.com and the next month's billing will be refunded or waived. Beyond this commitment, refunds are otherwise provided only as required by Australian Consumer Law.

5. What you get access to

The contents of the Compound Project are licensed for your personal use as a member. You may use the system to produce content for your own brand and business. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the framework files with non-members.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

Compound is a system you operate. Results depend on your inputs, consistency, and existing audience. Compound is not a guarantee of LinkedIn growth, business outcomes, revenue, or any other specific result. Past results from Victor or other members are not promises of future results for you.

7. Not professional advice

Compound is not financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, business outcomes, and how you use the system.

8. Limitation of liability

Victor Trieu Pty Ltd acts in good faith and to the best of its ability. To the extent permitted by law, Victor Trieu Pty Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of Compound.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated over time. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email. Continued use of Compound after updates means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
